As soon as we receive your order at our offices in Albany, Auckland NZ, we will confirm receipt - we then continue to keep you in touch as the job progresses.

As soon as your stock arrives at our premises it is sorted, counted and checked meticulously for quality. If we have any doubts about your required embellishments or logos we will contact you to confirm the details. We have strict quality controls throughout the embellishment and branding processes. As soon as the product is finished it is again checked to ensure all the branding, sizes and quantities are correct. When the checks are completed the items will be bagged and packed ready for delivery, just as you would expect a new item to be delivered.
We do not have product delivered straight from the importers to the branding factory and then from there directly to you. This is an unacceptable industry practice that leads to all sorts of errors and quality problems. When you buy from Davis Doherty you can rely on the service and product 100%.
